Operating Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Policy is to stipulate the operating principles and standards established by the Company to ensure the smooth operation of the Service and to foster a sound usage environment.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following conduct.

1. Misappropriation and fraudulent use of others' information
2. Entering false information and spreading false facts
3. Infringement of others' rights, such as copyright
4. Posting and distributing obscene materials, illegal information, etc.
5. Conduct that interferes with the stable operation of the Service
6. Conduct such as system hacking, crawling, and scraping
7. Advertising and spamming for commercial purposes
8. Other conduct that violates relevant laws and regulations

Article 3 (Restriction of Service Use)

The Company may take the following measures if a User violates this Policy.

1. Warning measures
2. Temporary suspension of use (1 to 30 days)
3. Permanent suspension of use
4. Reporting to investigative authorities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

Article 4 (Content Management)

The Company manages content as follows in order to foster a sound Service environment.

1. Deletion or blinding of inappropriate content
2. Deletion and suspension of posting of copyright-infringing content
3. Management of false information and defamatory content

Article 5 (Reporting and Objection)

Users may report inappropriate conduct by other Users and may raise objections to the Company's measures.

Article 6 (Service Hours)

The Service is, in principle, provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

However, the provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended due to reasons such as system maintenance or server expansion.

Article 7 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects Users' personal information and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Addendum

This Policy takes effect on January 1, 2025.
